How Long Does Civil ID Delivery Take?

Delivery time depends on your application type:

  • Renewal cases: 5–10 working days

  • New Civil ID: 7–14 working days

  • Address change cases: May take slightly longer

Delays usually happen due to:

  • Incomplete biometric data

  • Residency validity issues

  • High application volume at PACI
